Incarceration Life

The cold, gray walls confine you. Time crawls. Each day feels the last: a monotonous cycle punctuated by rations and counts. Communication with the outside world is limited. Hope becomes your constant companion. You search for identity in this confined existence.

The Weight of Conviction and Consequence

A crushing weight settles upon them/her/him, a suffocating blanket woven from the threads of mute desires. Walls Have Ears

If they think a wall can keep conversations, believe again. Walls, including those other items, are often of hearing. Ancient wisdom warn individuals that walls have ears, and while this may seem similar to a myth, the fact is often unsettling.

  • Concealed conversations can be overheard by anyone nearby.
  • Even, walls themselves can hold the impressions of earlier events.

So, exercise caution about what you share near walls. The Structure may be listening more than you realize.

The Weight of Innocence Lost

The world once held/presented itself as/appeared to be a canvas of wonder, where each day was a new adventure/discovery/experience. Freedom's Price
